AD Holdings Ltd is the group company controlling AGS Motor Company Ltd and Waverley Services Ltd. Between these two companies we aim to provide a total service to motorists from the purchase of their transport, through their maintenance and covering the regulatory annual testing, all of which are done to the highest standards possible.

Our sales company (AGS Motor Company) has two arms - private and commercial.

On the private side, all of our vehicles carry at least a 3 month warranty and we have arranged advantageous terms for this to be increased, to 1 year, 2 years, or for newer vehicles, for the whole period of ownership. Details of the cover are on the appropriate page of the site. We also do cheaper vehicles at our 'Economy' showroom.

Commercial vehicles are equally important. As well as the normal warranty options, we also supply VAT information to make your VAT reclaim just a bit easier.

If things go wrong (either under warranty or not), we are there to help. The service side of our company (Waverley Services Ltd)) will give you a firm quotation for any work required, will undertake the repairs to the highest possible standard, and will return your vehicle when promised. If anything unexpected turns up during the repair, we will contact you with a firm quotation for any further work required and we will tell you if the completion time will need to be adjusted. We will keep you informed at every stage.

If you book an MOT test, you can be assured that only the latest and most up-to-date equipment is being used. Our station is only a few weeks old and has passed the new, more rigorous inspection by the Vehicle Licensing Agency. Our testers are fully qualified, and should any work need to be done to pass the MOT test, you can rest assured in the knowledge that we are fully equipped to carry it out.
